Refund policy

14-DAY RETURN — UNOPENED BOTTLES ONLY

You may return an unopened, sealed Silfira fragrance within 14 days of receipt
for a full refund of the product price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, email hello@silfira.ae with your order number.

OPENED / USED BOTTLES
Due to UAE hygiene regulations for cosmetic products, opened bottles cannot
be returned or refunded.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please photograph any damage before opening the box and send it to
hello@silfira.ae within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at
no cost to you.

REFUND TIMELINE
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to
your original payment method within 5 business days.
